What we do

The Ops Office is led by Tess Moseley, working with a trusted network of specialists as needed. A key part of our work involves deep analysis of gross profit margin to help businesses clearly understand their current position. We break down the full cost-to-serve across sourcing, manufacturing, freight, warehousing, and fulfillment to identify where margin is being lost or left on the table. From there, we highlight practical opportunities to unlock gross profit, whether through cost reduction, pricing strategy, or operational improvements, ensuring growth is not just top-line, but commercially sustainable.

We work across a range of operational and supply chain projects, supporting both local and global growth. This includes helping businesses launch into new channels - whether FMCG, marketplace, wholesale, or e-commerce while ensuring operations are set up to scale effectively.

Our team has a strong focus on optimising both local and international logistics networks, managing RFQs across all areas of the supply chain, and streamlining processes within existing facilities to improve efficiency and scalability.

We also provide demand planning support, building practical and scalable processes that strengthen forecasting and improve inventory flow. In addition, we review existing systems and technology structures to ensure operations are supported by the right tools, enabling better visibility, stronger decision-making, and sustainable long-term growth.

We offer flexible engagement models, including hourly rates, monthly retainers, and project-based pricing depending on the scope of work and availability.
